Therapy Methods
The therapy methods I use include:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Feeling stuck in painful thoughts or emotions? ACT helps you make space for those feelings instead of fighting them—so you can focus on what truly matters to you. Rather than trying to "fix" or avoid discomfort, ACT teaches you how to live more fully in the present moment, build psychological flexibility, and take meaningful steps toward your values. Together, we’ll work on accepting what’s out of your control and committing to actions that lead to a richer, more fulfilling life.
Person-centered Therapy (Rogerian) Person-Centered Therapy is a gentle, supportive approach that puts you at the heart of the healing process. Rooted in empathy, respect, and authenticity, this therapy helps you explore your feelings, gain clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength. As your therapist, I won’t give you advice or tell you how to feel. Instead, I’ll listen deeply, hold space for your experiences, and walk alongside you as you uncover your own answers and build confidence in who you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or life transitions, Person-Centered Therapy offers a compassionate path toward self-discovery and healing—at your own pace.
Narrative Therapy Let's work together to change any negative internal stories you tell yourself! Narrative therapy is a collaborative approach to counseling that helps you rewrite your life stories, viewing yourself as a storyteller separate from your problems, not defined by them, to build new, empowering narratives using your unique strengths, skills, and values.
